1. No Refunds & No Exchanges

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

  • Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure correct sizing, color, and product selection.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer must cover the cost of reshipment.

2. Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery

  • Swimwear orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping times vary based on location. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, holidays, or courier delays.

PREMIER SHIPPING (2-3 Business Days) - $60 USD

EXPRESS SHIPPING (3-5 Business Days) - $30 USD

STANDARD SHIPPING (12-16 Business Days) - $20 USD

  • Domestic orders ship via JA Mail, Knutsford Express or bearer services, all international orders ship via First Class Mail, DHL or Fedex. Shipping does not include insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We will not be liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect information.

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

    2. Any additional customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Customization

  • Customization is available for an additional fee starting at $50 USD. This may be more or less based on the amount of additional work to be done.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at unknownidentityja@gmail.com.

  • We will review cases individually and may offer a resolution at our discretion.

  • All transactions are securely processed, and we do not store payment details.

6. Intellectual Property
